Account deletion

Delete your MyLVL account.

You can start deletion inside MyLVL or request it here without reinstalling the app.

Fastest: delete inside MyLVL

  1. Open MyLVL and go to your profile and Settings.
  2. Open Privacy & data.
  3. Choose Delete account and data.
  4. Review the warning, type the required confirmation, and confirm.

For an authenticated account, MyLVL removes the cloud account and then clears the app's data on that device. For local-only use, the same control clears MyLVL data and creates a fresh local identity.

Delete without the app

Send the request from the email address used for your MyLVL account. We will verify account ownership before deletion. Do not send a password, purchase receipt, payment-card details, or health notes.

If the button does not open an email app, write to support@mylvl.app with the subject “MyLVL account deletion request.”

What MyLVL deletes

  • Your MyLVL authentication account and active cloud profile.
  • Cloud workouts, sets, programs, preferences, and body-weight data.
  • Saved AI responses and account-linked AI operational records.
  • Account-linked diagnostics, feedback, and entitlement copies.
  • The MyLVL customer record held through RevenueCat.

Limited pseudonymous evidence that a deletion or privacy request was completed may remain for up to 3 years. Store transaction records and infrastructure backups controlled by other providers follow their own legal and operational schedules.

What deletion does not do

Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Cancel separately in Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. In-app deletion attempts to remove matching health records MyLVL created on the current platform. External deletion cannot reach device health stores, and in-app cleanup may fail after permission is revoked or for records created on another device/platform. Review and delete any remaining records in the applicable health platform.

Timing and local data

In-app deletion normally completes during the confirmed request. An external request may require identity verification and will be completed within the period required by applicable law. Data that exists only on a device we cannot access must be removed in MyLVL or by uninstalling the app from that device.
