Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use MyLVL. Do not use the app if you do not meet this requirement.
Fitness and medical disclaimer
MyLVL provides workout logging, planning, estimates, and computer-generated coaching for informational purposes. It is not medical advice and does not replace a qualified healthcare or fitness professional. Exercise involves risk. You are responsible for choosing appropriate movements, loads, and training conditions.
Accounts
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for protecting access to your device and credentials. Provide accurate information and notify us at support@mylvl.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, trials, and renewal terms are shown by Apple or Google before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account before renewal. Store policies govern billing, cancellations, and refunds.
Deleting your MyLVL account does not cancel a store subscription. You must cancel through the store account used to purchase it.
Free tier and advertising
A free MyLVL release may include advertising. Workout logging remains available when an ad cannot load or the device is offline. Paid tiers may be offered without advertising as described at purchase. Any optional advertising personalization or tracking is governed by the Privacy Policy and your platform choices.
AI-generated features
Coaching and generated programs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for you. Review all generated content before relying on it. Do not use MyLVL to obtain medical, emergency, or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use MyLVL unlawfully or to harm another person.
- Attempt to bypass access, subscription, or security controls.
- Interfere with the service or probe it without authorization.
- Copy, resell, or reverse engineer MyLVL except where law expressly permits it.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit access to protect users or the service. Offline features are designed to remain useful without connectivity, but cloud, store, and third-party services are not guaranteed to be continuously available.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using MyLVL at any time. Account deletion is available in Settings → Privacy & data and through the external deletion page. We may suspend connected services for unlawful use, abuse, security risk, or material breach of these terms. Local workout access is not a promise that deleted cloud data or a terminated account can be recovered.
Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve features you use. MyLVL's software, branding, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyLVL is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations may not apply to you.
Consumer rights and store terms
Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer, privacy, product liability, or personal-injury rights. If you obtained MyLVL from Apple or Google, the applicable store rules and standard end-user license terms also apply. If a provision conflicts with mandatory local law, that law controls to the extent required.
Changes
We may update these terms for product, legal, safety, or security reasons. Material changes will receive a new effective date and, where required, notice or renewed agreement before they apply.
